Worship is our opportunity to not only acknowledge God collectively on Sundays, it is a day-to-day lifestyle of the believer. It's “the work of the people," which means every person is valued and every gift and talent is to be shared. Your voice matters as we read together, sing together, laugh, learn and love together.
Opportunities for worship at Northwood are as follows:
Sundays - 830a, Chapel - Join us for our "earlybird" service in this small, but beautiful space. Though we are a small crowd, there are enough of us to know your name and make you feel welcomed. (No Chapel service through July 9, 2017)
Sundays, 9:30-10:30am, Christ Care - This class offers a warm circle in which folks can study scripture, explore and discuss interesting texts, care for one another and the community; and grow deeper spiritually.
Sundays, 9:30-10:30am, Homebuilders Class - if you're looking for a good old fashion bible study, you'll find yourself in the right place. If you like to study the scripture in community & fellowship with others, know you are more than welcome to join in on these festivities.
Sundays - 1045a, Sanctuary - This is our traditional service with the melodic sounds of the pipe organ and harmonic voices for hymns singing. You are sure to find smiling faces and the peaceful spirit of worship.
