YOU WILL NEED THIS BEFORE I CAN HELP YOU!

We are not zoned and licensed for a Direct to Consumer food establishment from our commercial kitchen. (“Ghost Kitchen” operations)

Our kitchen is suitable for light prep/cooking duty only.

We are not able to assist Food Trucks with a high volume of cooking/refrigeration.

Kitchen use rate is $20/hour or $100 minimum per month. (which ever is greater)

TO RESERVE TIME IN THE KITCHEN PLEASE SUBMIT A REQUEST BELOW

If you have not been approved to be a part of this kitchen please do not attempt to schedule kitchen time.

You DO NOT need to schedule kitchen time to pickup product stored in the kitchen.

Once your request has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

Additionally, your reservation will be visible on the the kitchen schedule.
